Les Mills SPRING BATTLE 2011!

On the March 20 in Tallinn, in he sports complex "Audentes" occurred one of the largest fitness conventions in the Baltic States - "Les Mills Spring Battle 2011". This type of convention was held in the Baltics for the first time and was attended by almost 600 fans and fitness instructors from all the Baltic countries.

During all day You had the opportunity to see and enjoy on your own skin 6 Les Mills essence: a serious workout, entertainment, exchange of experience, a sense of community and the unforgettable magic of fitness. We all were not only exercising and challenging ourselfs, but joined in the revolution with inspirational music and marched to battle together with a dedicated presenttrainers from Sweden, Finland and Denmark.
